Subscription Policy – Jaw Toners Chewing Gum 

By placing an order for Jaw Toners Chewing Gum, you acknowledge and agree to this Subscription Policy.

Customers have the option to select either a one-time purchase or a subscription plan (e.g. monthly or bi-monthly delivery). The subscription option is clearly displayed on the product page prior to adding the item to cart, and must be actively selected by the customer before checkout.


Subscription Terms

  • Jaw Toners Chewing Gum is offered as both a one-time purchase and a subscription option.
  • The subscription option may be pre-selected on the product page to support consistent use and optimal results; however, this is clearly displayed to the customer prior to adding the item to cart.
  • Customers have the ability to change their selection to a one-time purchase at any time before completing checkout.
  • By proceeding with checkout, the customer confirms they have reviewed and accepted their selected purchase option, including any recurring subscription charges.
  • Subscription pricing, billing frequency, and applicable discounts (including on the first order) are clearly presented prior to purchase completion.

Subscription Notifications

  • Upon completing a subscription purchase, customers will receive an order confirmation email confirming their subscription details.
  • Customers will also receive email notifications prior to any upcoming recurring charge.
  • Customers may manage, cancel, or opt out of their subscription at any time via the customer portal or by contacting help@jawtoners.com.

Cancellation Policy

  • Customers may cancel their subscription at any time.
  • Cancellation can be completed by:
    • Replying directly to any subscription-related email, or
    • Contacting our support team at help@jawtoners.com
  • Once a subscription is cancelled, no future charges will occur.

Billing & Cancellation Timing

  • Subscription orders that have already been processed or charged prior to a cancellation request are not eligible for cancellation or refund.
  • Once a subscription order has entered processing and payment has been completed, it is handled by an automated fulfilment system, and associated costs are incurred.
  • Cancellation requests apply to future billing cycles only

Returns

  • If a customer wishes to return an unused product, it must be returned at the customer’s own expense.
  • Returns must include a valid tracking number to ensure delivery can be verified by both parties.
  • Refunds will only be assessed once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Customer Responsibility

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to review their purchase selection (one-time vs subscription) before completing checkout.
  • By completing the purchase, the customer confirms they have knowingly selected their preferred purchase option and agree to all subscription terms, billing conditions, and return requirements.
