As a species, we have developed the habit of consuming softer foods and liquids for the sake of convenience and taste. This shift has weakened our jaw and facial muscles, leading to underdeveloped facial structure in most individuals.
That’s why we created Jaw Toner Chewing Gum — to help restore the strength nature intended.
Our ultra-tough gum base, perfected over a year, outperforms every other jawline gum—including mastic—for real facial muscle growth.
Jaw Toner’s Toughest Gum is sweetened with Xylitol — a natural, tooth-friendly sweetener that helps prevent cavities, supports gum health, and may even whiten teeth by strengthening enamel.
By engaging your tongue and facial muscles, Jaw Toner’s Toughest Gum can help support nasal breathing, ease TMJ and bruxism, improve air intake, and even enhance speech and pronunciation through natural myofunctional training.

Use Jaw Toner's Toughest Gum 5-6 days per week. When starting out, only chew 1 piece of gum per day. As your jaw strength progresses, you should be able to chew up to 4 pieces per day without problems.
While chewing the gum, fold and kneed the gum to make the resistance stronger.
Make sure to chew evenly on both sides of your jaw. If you notice one side of your jaw is weaker than the other you can chew more on that side to even out the muscle imbalance and improve symmetry.
You can also incorporate tongue exercises with our gum, such as rolling and flattening the gum on to the roof of your mouth repeatly. This will strengthen your tongue posture which helps get rid of a double chin similar to how mewing does.
If you ever feel any pain or unusual discomfort while chewing the gum, immediately refrain from chewing the gum and rest for at least 2-3 days before trying again to avoid problems.
Perform these steps for at least 3 months to see significant change.
Within 2 to 4 weeks, you’ll feel a significant boost in jaw strength and start to see subtle definition from your side profile. By 2 months, you’ll notice more separation between your jawline and neck, creating a sharper, more sculpted look. At the 3-month mark, your front-facing and side-facing profile will visibly change — your jawline will appear more defined, structured, and prominent overall.
Between 3 to 6 months, your progress continues — and this is usually when others start to notice the changes too. You’ll keep seeing improvements up to around the 1-year mark, where results may start to plateau.
After that, to maintain your jawline, you can keep chewing 1 piece of gum every 1-2 days or phase out the Jaw Toner gum by including tougher foods in your diet to keep your muscles active.
If it's your first time using Jaw Toner gum, start off by chewing 1 piece per day. As you progress, you should be able to chew up to 4 pieces per day without issues.
There have been multiple studies on the effectiveness of facial muscle training and it's correlation to attractiveness and jaw health. The most well known study was conducted by J Dent Res.
An extract from the study:
"Masseter volume significantly correlated with cross-sectional areas of the zygomatic arch and mandibular ramus. Masseter orientation was almost perpendicular to the zygomatic arch and mandibular antegonial region. The zygomatic arch angle significantly correlated with the antegonial angle. The results of the study suggest that the masticatory muscles exert influence on the adjacent local skeletal sites."
In simpler terms, the study is explaining that the muscles on your face correlate with the bones underneath them. This study highlights the correlation between the size of your facial muscles with the mandible ramus (jawline bone) and also the size of the zygomatic arch (cheekbones). These two bones are the two most important bones for facial symmetry and attractiveness.
Activities that put stress on bones can nudge bone-forming cells into action. That stress comes from the tugging and pushing on bone that occur during strength training (as well as weight-bearing aerobic exercises like walking or running). The result is stronger, denser bones (Harvard 2004).
When you work out the muscles in your face, not only can you gain definition from muscle growth, but it is possible to change your facial bone structure overtime to a more symmetrical and defined appearance. These results are subtle, but definitely still noticeable, and definitely a lot safer than surgery.
Jaw Toner's Toughest Gum is mainly sweetened with Xylitol, a natural sweetener derived from fruits like strawberries, raspberries, and plums. Unlike sugar, Xylitol helps fight cavity-causing bacteria, balances oral pH, and promotes overall oral health.
