Shipping & Fulfillment Costs:
All original shipping fees, handling fees, insurance, duties, and fulfillment costs are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including returns, cancellations, refused deliveries, or change-of-mind refunds.
Returns Policy Statement:
Buyers are responsible for all return postage costs and must provide a trackable shipping method for all types of refunds, including those resulting from change of mind or cancellation, without limitation.
Chewing Gum:
Due to the nature of the product, our 45-day trial policy does not apply to Jaw Toner’s Toughest Chewing Gum if the package is opened or used. Opened or used gum products are not eligible for refund or return.
Jaw Toners Devices:
Our 45-day trial policy applies to only ONE Jaw Toner product unless all units are completely unused and in their original packaging. Our trial period allows you to try one Jaw Toner risk-free for 45 days.
If you try one Jaw Toner and decide you want a refund, you may send the product back to our warehouse for a refund. Please contact us before returning.
If all Jaw Toners are completely unused and unopened, customers are eligible for a refund within 45 days of purchase, provided the items are returned with full tracking at the customer’s expense.
Regardless of whether the product has been used or not, we cannot offer refunds for any Jaw Toners that do not include the box and chain.
We cannot guarantee or provide a warranty for products that have been misused or used contrary to the provided instructions.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days.
Please note: Original shipping, handling, and fulfillment fees are non-refundable and will not be included in your refund amount.
Banks and card providers may take additional time to process funds.
If merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days.
