Start with a few minutes a day and build to about 15 minutes. Train every other day while you're new, and take rest days like you would for any muscle. Overtraining shows up as jaw ache, so listen to your body and back off if it's sore.

Usually 3 to 6 months, depending on how often you train and how sharp your teeth are. Clean it regularly and use proper form to make it last longer.

Rinse it under warm water, scrub gently with mild soap and a soft toothbrush, rinse again and let it air dry. Store it in its case once it's fully dry.

Used correctly and not overdone, a Jaw Toner shouldn't cause jaw problems. Overuse can cause soreness or discomfort, and serious issues like TMJD are very unlikely unless you already have a jaw condition.
