Looking to track your order? When your order ships out, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from help@jawtoners.com with your tracking number included in it. Remember to check your junk mail if you can't find the email in your mail inbox. Depending on the product ordered, the email could take up to 5 business days to be sent.

Once you receive the email, enter your tracking number to check on your delivery status.

Order numbers don’t instantly update with available delivery status. If your tracking number entered shows that it is currently unavailable, do not be alarmed - your order has been shipped out and is in transit, but your tracking number may not have updated yet. Tracking should be updated within a few business days. If it still is showing unavailable after 5 business days, contact us immediately.

Depending on the destination and the shipping method you selected, the order may take 5 to 18 days to be delivered.
