Use all Jaw Toners products at your own discretion.

PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU ARE FULLY AWARE OF THIS POLICY BEFORE MAKING A PURCHASE.
All purchases are final and non-negotiable.
Returns Policy Statement: Kindly be aware that buyers are responsible for return postage costs with trackable record for all types of refunds, including those resulting from change of mind and cancellation, without limitation.
Due to the nature of the product, our 45-day trial policy does not apply to Jaw Toner's Toughest Chewing Gum if the package is opened or used.
Our 45-day trial policy applies to only ONE Jaw Toner product unless all units are completely unused and in it’s original packaging. Our trial period allows you to try one of the Jaw Toners risk-free for 45-days. If you try one Jaw Toner and decide you want a refund, you can send the Jaw Toner(s) back to our warehouse for a full refund. If all Jaw Toners are completely unused and unopened, customers are eligible for a full refund of all products within 45-days of the purchase date providing it is sent back to our warehouse with full tracking on your cost.
When a refund is issued for a returned item, the original shipping fee is non-refundable
Regardless of whether the product has been used or not, we cannot offer refunds for any Jaw Toners that does not include the box and chain.
We cannot guarantee or provide a warranty for products that have been misused or used contrary to the provided instructions on the website, as we cannot control how the product is used after purchase.

In order to receive a full refund for any type of refund request, including those related to the 45-day risk-free trial, 45-day money-back guarantee, bundled purchases, or cancellations of orders, all Jaw Toners must be returned to us at your own expense with a trackable shipping method. We cannot guarantee refunds if the return package is not trackable.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund back to your account.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Buyer is responsible for return postage.
