What is the difference between “Beginner”, “Intermediate” & “Advanced” model?

Blue - The Beginner model is designed for those new to jaw training, and features a lower level of resistance than the other models. (30 pounds/13 kg).

Purple - The Intermediate model provides a greater level of resistance, (40 pounds/18kg), making it more challenging than the Beginner model.

Black - The Advanced model is the most challenging, with the highest level of resistance (50 pounds/22kg), it is not recommended to use this Jaw Toner without the training the previous levels.

• Which Jaw Toner do I start with?

PARCEL LOST AT DELIVERY ADDRESS

DEFINITION OF DELIVERY COMPLETED SUCCESSFULLY

Once your order has been marked as delivered to the address you provided on the carrier tracking system, our obligations for that order are considered fulfilled. If you have not received the parcel after delivery recorded successfully completed, we will provide you a stamped document from our shipping partner as evidence of delivery. This document includes your Name, Full Address, Time, and Date of delivery, serving as our Proof of Delivery (POD). We regret that we cannot offer additional services like signatory requirement or photo proof of delivery. REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Refunds & Returns

• 45-Day Money-Back Guarantee: Applies to one (1) Jaw Toner per customer account. Bundles qualify only if all items are unused and unopened in original packaging.

• Used/Opened Products: No refunds, returns, or exchanges due to hygiene reasons, except for the one eligible under the 30-day guarantee.

• Return Shipping: All return postage costs must be covered by the customer. A trackable method is required; refunds cannot be issued without proof of return.

• Condition Requirement: Refunds are only valid if the product, box, and chain are returned intact and unused. Misused or damaged products are not eligible.

Replacements

• Faulty, broken, or incomplete items will be replaced at company expense if reported within 14 days.
