Cancellation Policy for Jaw Toners:

By making a purchase from Jaw Toners, you acknowledge and agree to abide by our cancellation policy. Please carefully read the following policy before finalizing your order.

  1. Order Cancellation: Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. This is because payment processing fees are charged immediately, and operational resources are allocated right away to prepare and package your order. These costs are incurred regardless of whether the order is shipped, so we’re unable to offer cancellations after purchase. However, you are welcome to return the item once it has been delivered, in accordance with our return policy.

  2. Double Orders: In the event that you accidentally ordered an extra item along with your intended purchase, please contact our customer support as soon as possible. We will assist you in canceling the extra item and issuing a full refund specifically for that item. Please note that we may not be able to cancel the entire order, only the additional item.

  3. Cancellation Policy for Chewing Gum Subscriptions

    By purchasing our chewing gum products, you acknowledge and agree to the following subscription and cancellation terms. Please review this policy carefully before finalizing your order.

    Subscription Enrollment: For your convenience, our system automatically enrolls chewing gum purchases into a subscription plan by default, as regular use is recommended for best results. You may opt out of subscription at checkout by unchecking the subscription box.

    Subscription Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your subscription, please contact our customer support team prior to your next order being processed. Once your subscription is canceled, no further charges or shipments will occur.

    Order Cancellation: If you contact us after your chewing gum order has already begun the shipping process, we are unable to cancel it. This is due to costs associated with fulfillment and logistics once the order is prepared and dispatched. At that stage, the order will be delivered to you as scheduled.

  4. Returns: If you receive your Jaw Toner and decide that you no longer wish to keep it, you have the option to return the product within 45 days of receiving it. To qualify for a full refund, the product must be unused, unopened, and undamaged. Return shipping costs will be your responsibility, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

  5. Refund Process: Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will initiate the refund process. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow a reasonable amount of time for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
