We do not provide a guaranteed shipping time. Occasionally, customs processes and other logistical factors beyond our control can cause unforeseen delays. The shipping times mentioned on our website or provided during the checkout process are approximate estimations. We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, and we appreciate your understanding and patience regarding any delays that may occur.
We provide shipping insurance with all orders. If your package has not arrived in one month, or if your tracking details have not updated in more then 15 days after shipping, we will send you a replacement free of charge.
Please note that once your order has been shipped, its tracking information will become available to you. If your tracking number is not working immediately, allow at least 3-5 days for it to update.
If you provide an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, we may be unable to reship the order for free. In such cases, we will offer you a discount code for a future order. Additionally, if your order is lost due to theft or any event in your area, we cannot be held responsible for the theft, and can only provide you with a discount for your next purchase. Once the delivery is successfully registered to the address you provided, we consider our obligations fulfilled for that order.
If you can't find your package but it's status is delivered, we can offer a photo for proof of delivery (POD) if our shipping partner provides POD.
