How The Use The Jaw Toner

This is how you can best utilize your Jaw Toner 2.0 for maximum performance.

Step 1:
Firstly, take a photo of your face from the front and side before using the Jaw Toner. This is to track and compare your progress over the weeks and see how far you've come. Send us your results, we'd love to hear your story!

Step 2: Connect the chain included with your Jaw Toner through the middle of the exerciser.

Step 3:
Place the Jaw Toner in your mouth with the round side/logo pointing outwards and the device placed in the middle of your teeth. Make sure you're biting down in the middle crevasse of the silicon strips.

If you cannot properly fit the Jaw Toner into your mouth, first squeeze the Jaw Toner together with your fingers and then place the device in your mouth. The Jaw Toners are designed to be large in order to provide a full range of motion for your facial muscles.

Rest your lips around the Jaw Toner and try to bite down directly vertically opposed to having the Jaw Toner protruding out of your mouth. This should put less stress on your teeth and activate the facial muscles better.

Play around with it and find your most comfortable bite that puts the least stress on your teeth. Bite down hard on the transparent silicon strips to establish your bite.

Now you're ready to start training!

Refer to this guide to learn how to use the Jaw Toner with perfect form to avoid any complications. If you use the device properly jaw problems such as TMJ should not form. 

Pop the Jaw Toner in your mouth to start training and wear the chain around your neck for easy access when running, working out, or for use around the house.

For optimal results with the Jaw Toner, engage in workouts ranging from 5 to 15 minutes daily. Every set, train to significant fatigue (your comfort level) or near failure (where you can barely do another bite) while incorporating regular breaks in between sets.

Aim for 3 to 10 sets, depending on what resistance and training level you're at. To promote muscle recovery and strengthening while avoiding injury it's crucial to take a day off every 2-3 days.

Jaw strength varies individually, only use the Jaw Toner to your comfort level and do not overuse the device. If you feel any pain or joint discomfort, refrain from use immediately and take a rest for at least 1-2 days.

If the exercise starts to feel less challenging, enhance the intensity by slowing down your repetitions, focusing on engaging your facial muscles deeply.

It is not your goal to pump out as many reps as possible, but for you to bite down slowly and perform reps with perfect form, really feeling the jaw muscles activating.

Once the resistance becomes too easy, and you can perform over 50 reps with minimal fatigue, you are ready to move up to the next level.

Don't rush your progression and slowly progress up the Jaw Toners to the highest resistance for the best facial muscle growth and to avoid problems!

Have fun training with the Jaw Toner and try to incorporate it into your regular routine. If you do not overuse the device, stay consistent, and use correct form, you should see some decent results in only 1-2 months!
