Cancellation Policy for Jaw Toners:

By making a purchase from Jaw Toners, you acknowledge and agree to abide by our cancellation policy. Please carefully read the following policy before finalizing your order.

  1. Order Cancellation: Once an item is purchased, it cannot be cancelled. We regret any inconvenience this may cause, but due to payment processing fees and associated challenges with cancellations, we are unable to accommodate cancellation requests as they are an unsustainable option for our business.

  2. Double Orders: In the event that you accidentally ordered an extra item along with your intended purchase, please contact our customer support as soon as possible. We will assist you in canceling the extra item and issuing a full refund specifically for that item. Please note that we cannot cancel the entire order, only the additional item.

  3. Returns: If you receive your Jaw Toner and decide that you no longer wish to keep it, you have the option to return the product within 30 days of receiving it. To qualify for a full refund, the product must be unused, unopened, and undamaged. Return shipping costs will be your responsibility, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

  4. Refund Process: Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will initiate the refund process. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow a reasonable amount of time for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
